Dear colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that we announce the 62 ^nd Oncology Congress, organized by the Serbian Medical Society Oncology Section, to be held on November 12 to 15 2025, in a brand new part of the Sava Center, in Belgrade, Serbia.

Traditionally, the scientific program is rich, diverse and multidisciplinary, covering wide range of topics within a four-day congress, focusing on innovations in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, lung cancer, digestive and gynecological malignancies, lymphoma and multiple myeloma, with special topics focused on breast cancer survivorship, AI and research in oncology, hereditary and early-onset cancers, oncofertility, future of radiotherapy, total body irradiation and cancer thrombosis.

This year we have two Keynote addresses by legends in surgery, namely

professor Alberto Costa, European School of Oncology CEO, Milan, Italy – Lifetime journey and paradigm shift in breast cancer understanding and treatment, on November 14^th 2025
professor Charles Balch, MD Anderson Cancer Center – Lifetime journey and paradigm shift in melanoma understanding and treatment, on November 13^th 2025

The Scientific Committee has prepared a special session dedicated to 20 years anniversary of Serbian Society of Medical Oncology and 18^th Forum for Cancer Patients.

Traditionally, in the spirit of multidisciplinarity and team work, nurses and technicians of Serbian oncology institutions  are organizing their 38^th Symposium that will be held on November 14 and 15^th 2025.
